- Small Road side shop 80 – 150 sq ft onwards, with GSTIN
- Trained Mechanic cum owner with one or two attendants all trained by eOxigen
- Providing service to vehicles Warranty & non Warranty (Including third party)
- Collection and dismantling center for old bikes and scooters. Submitting RC with ZAP
- Providing motor controller, batteries etc as and when required
- eOxigen will give them In shop Visibility
- GSTIN registered showroom of around 80 – 150 sq. ft.
FINANCIAL
- Franchisee and Association fees (Non- Refundable) INR 18,000/- plus GST . 3 years
- Capital employed in serviceable inventory. INR 30,000 – 40,000 ( optional) + Rs 15000 for Tab ( will be used for sharing collecting data)
- Access to internet on a smart phone is mandatory
eOxigen Support
- Training: free of cost- online as well as on-site training on the basic concepts of EV related technology, servicing, and maintenance of EVs, among others
- Digital Marketing: product marketing will be driven through various social media platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, etc.
- Network Development: where you will be a part of large network that shares a common ground related to EV technology and one can experience their continuous growth
- EV Spare Parts: stocks of EV spare parts, and assistance in the booking of EVs

ZAP : EXPERIENCE CENTER
PROFILE
- Main Market Road side shop 600 – 800 sq ft onwards, with GSTIN will be experience cum sales center of eOxigen
- Trained Manpower to sell , owner with one or two attendants
- Will be responsible for providing support to at least 10 to 12 ZIP stores mapped with it for service inventory.
- Will register users by getting the App.
- Will keep in display all salable inventory of the company.
FINANCIAL
- Franchisee and Association fees INR 50,000/- plus GST . 3 years
- Capital employed in salable inventory. INR 9.5 Lakhs + Rs 15000 for Tab ( will be used for sharing collecting data)
- Estimated annual working expenses (Rental, maintenance, manpower etc ) INR 17.30L*
- Projected annual revenue from sale & servicing INR 37.00L*

ZOOM : DISTRIBUTION CENTER
PROFILE
- Zoom is a distribution channel partner with eOxigen Automotive
- Zoom manages approximately 7 to 10 Zap experience center
- It stocks approx. 45-60 EV of eOxigen
- Zoom format is required to distribute and support Zap center on EV sales and Zip service center for spares and components
- Zoom Center coordinate with all RTO related activity
- Inventory/Stock space- 2000/2200 sq ft
FINANCIAL
- Association fees INR 1,50,000/- plus GST (Valid for 2 years from the date of registration)
- Investment of around INR 28 -45 lakhs
- Estimated annual working expenses (Rental, maintenance, manpower etc.) INR 0.38 Cr
